Return/Exchange Policy
Relaxxd Fit Tactical has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise within 30 days of the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. In the event that damage to the product occurs as a result of negligence or inappropriate use on the part of the consumer, the undersigned party reserves the right to withhold any refunds or reimbursements. Such damages shall include but are not limited to those arising from misuse, mishandling, or failure to adhere to provided instructions or guidelines. This clause is applicable to all transactions and interactions involving the product in question.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
Relaxxd Fit Tactical will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at retail locations. Exchange must be for the same product or a product of the same value. In the event that the retail store where you purchased the item is no longer in business or available, RelaxedFitTactical.com will exchange the merchandise for that of equal value.
RelaxxdFitTactical.com does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States. Shipping charges will only be covered by Relaxxd Fit Tactical in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.
Gifts may be exchanged only if the product has not been washed or worn. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal or lesser value may be substituted instead.
Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as Relaxxd Fit Tactical does NOT give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing or mis-handling of products.
Relaxxd Fit Tactical does not guarantee that we can edit or cancel orders after they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY
Orders placed for discounted products during company-driven sales events are permitted if requested within 48 hours of delivery, and the customer will be required to pay shipping costs on the prepaid label to return the order as well as shipping on the replacement order sent by the company to the customer. No restocking fees will apply - only shipping costs. Store credit in the form of a unique discount code will be issued for any price differences between exchanged items.
