3. PRODUCTS & USAGE DISCLAIMER

Relaxxd Fit Tactical LLC does not sell firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

We sell accessories and gear for use with factory-standard firearms only. You acknowledge and agree:

  • Our gear may not fit modified or aftermarket firearms.

  • You assume all risk and liability from using our products.

  • You release Relaxxd Fit Tactical LLC and its employees, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of any product.

  • Always follow firearm safety and local, state, and federal laws. Improper use may result in serious injury or death.

If a product appears damaged, worn, or defective: STOP USE IMMEDIATELY and contact us for assistance.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order, for any reason.

  • Cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of law.

  • Limit or cancel quantities per order, per customer, or per address.

By placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. PAYMENT & TAXES

All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. You agree to pay all applicable taxes based on the shipping destination. Taxes are calculated at checkout and are subject to change based on local, county, and state regulations.

6. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns on used or customized items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the item.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including but not limited to copy, product designs, images, logos, trademarks, and code — is the sole property of Relaxxd Fit Tactical LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content without explicit written consent.

We prosecute infringement. Don’t test us.

8. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Interfere with or disrupt our website

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION – BINDING ARBITRATION

All disputes or claims related to these Terms, our website, or any purchase must be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

You may opt out of this arbitration clause within 30 days of purchase by sending a certified letter to:

13. AFFILIATE TERMS

If you promote Relaxxd Fit Tactical products through our affiliate program, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws (including FTC disclosure rules)

  • Represent the brand honestly

  • Avoid false claims, aggressive marketing, or offensive content

  • Only use authorized brand assets

  • Immediately remove any content we request to be taken down

We reserve the right to withhold commissions, terminate access, and pursue damages for any violations.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for checking this page periodically.

15. SEVERABILITY & NON-WAIVER
